MMHP is designed specifically for private, video-based conversations focused on everyday reflection and emotional support. It combines a lifelike AI companion, a structured session experience, session recaps, privacy-focused design, and clear safety boundaries. It is not a general-purpose chatbot.

Sessions and Features
You speak with a lifelike AI companion in a private video conversation. The companion responds in real time, asks relevant questions, and helps you reflect, organize your thoughts, and consider the situation from another perspective.
No. Your camera is not required. You use your microphone to speak with a lifelike AI companion shown on video. MMHP conversations work without turning on your camera.
Yes. Some users may choose to use MMHP between appointments to talk through everyday thoughts or situations. MMHP does not replace a therapist, psychiatrist, or other licensed professional, and it should not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.
MMHP can be accessed at any time, subject to your available session allowance and normal service availability. It is not a crisis service and should not be used for emergencies.

Privacy and Data
No. MMHP does not sell users’ personal conversation data. The Privacy Policy explains how information is used, which service providers may process it, and when disclosure may be legally required.
MMHP does not store audio or video recordings of your conversations. Voice is processed in real time to enable the conversation. Text transcripts and session recaps may be stored in your account so you can review them and maintain continuity. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
No. Conversations take place in a private session between you and the AI companion and are not publicly viewable. Authorized personnel may access stored transcripts or session recaps for safety, support, quality, or legal reasons, and trusted service providers may process conversation data to operate the service. Yes. You can delete your account and associated conversation data from your profile settings in the app, or by contacting support. The Privacy Policy explains retention, deletion, and related user controls.

New users receive two complimentary sessions during their first week after signup before choosing a subscription. No credit card is required and there is no obligation to subscribe.
